    This CNC vibratory bowl feeder utilizes a one-piece 7075 aerospace aluminum bowl, precision-machined by 5-axis CNC technology. Compared with conventional aluminum or stainless-steel bowls, it offers superior strength, enhanced wear resistance, and significantly reduced operating noise—ideal for high-standard automotive component production.

    With a 200 mm bowl diameter, a single-track linear feeder, and stable output speed of 40–60 pcs/min, the system ensures smooth part orientation and continuous feeding. An integrated auto-stop function when full prevents overfeeding and reduces part wear.

    The feeder is mounted on a rigid standalone frame and equipped with a transparent acrylic dust cover, improving cleanliness, safety, and on-site visibility. It is particularly suitable for automotive antenna plastic parts, precision plastic components, and other lightweight industrial parts.
